[RecordStatistics] Generate statistics for email information
Description
Data team will be in charge of generate records statistics for email information
- Clean email information records statistics from BigTable
- Create scheduled task to generate records statistics 2 times a day
- Adapt Billing endpoint to get the right records statistics about email.
- Throw log errors if statistics can’t be collected that period.
- Use the same jenkins flag about Statitics collector for sandboxes to collect it hour by hour.
