Problem Statement
Current process for entering RMW registrations is cumbersome, prone to data entry errors, and provides incomplete information. This results in incomplete or inaccurate data and problems with getting annual registration fees delivered and then paid.
Project Justification
Simplifying registration of Regulated Medical Waste facilities will improve billing, increase revenue, and improve data quality. A collateral benefit will be reducing the labor and postage cost associated with folding/stuffing invoices as multiple notices would not be printed and mailed.
