Large critical enhancement build to modernized Pega-NJEMS
Problem Statement
With the production rollout of fully modernized NJEMS in September 2025, there are many critical enhancements that were unable to be made in order to meet rollout schedule. This build will be an amalgamation of those most critical enhancements to ensure the most effective use of modernized NEJMS.
Project Justification
Many critical enhancements identified during sprint testing, UAT and soft rollout were unable to be made in order to keep full modernization rollout schedule. These enhancements are needed for the most effective use of the rolled out software.
