This is the second source for our project to build a data pipeline. This piece of code consumes Census.gov API,  invokes and retrieves updated population figures that subsequently are processed and refined by using Pandas data frames.

Once the information is formatted, it is automatically pushed to our Cloud Data Base designed within Google Cloud Platform - Big Query.
