Original issue: As org admin I should see mandatory fields highlighted
Problem: Mandatory fields icons are not highlighted.

Update mandatory icon on all form fields to appear Red instead of gray.

@Ingo Wagner Allow All domains in also a mandatory field, however, it is not being highlighted
