Platform: FlutterFlow + Brevo API


Problem:

Currently, enterprise offers are sent via email instead of being properly managed through a CRM system, which causes:

  • Lost lead tracking opportunities

  • Manual follow-up processes

  • No centralized deal management

  • Lack of sales pipeline visibility


Requirements:

Brevo Integration:

  • Set up Brevo API connection from FlutterFlow

  • Replace email-based lead capture with direct API calls

  • Create deals automatically in Brevo pipeline

  • Set up contact creation and management

Lead Management Process:

  • Capture enterprise inquiries through app

  • Create Brevo contact with lead information

  • Generate deal in appropriate pipeline stage

  • Add relevant tags and segmentation

  • Set up automated follow-up sequences

Data Flow:

  • Lead form submission → Brevo contact creation

  • Deal creation with lead details

  • Proper categorization and tagging

  • Integration with existing marketing workflows


Technical Implementation:

  1. Configure Brevo API credentials in FlutterFlow

  2. Update lead capture forms to use Brevo API

  3. Map form fields to Brevo contact/deal fields

  4. Test API integration thoroughly

  5. Remove old email-based system
