The current charts structure does not allow to expand the main chart (6 months/current month view), harming usability and experience.

Make small changes to the user interface to improve usability and visibility.

06 - ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

• Remove “resources” from first card
• Add Resources tab to table, informing Resource Name, Usage, cost (current) and Total cost Forecast
• Update chart colors (first and second cards)
• Apply background and title to Forecast on the chart
• Use "Current month” as default view instead of last 6 months (except for billing admins)
