This is a high-level project encompassing the overall OPRA Initiative
Complete analysis and modernization of the OPRA request process. Potentially implement bots and enhanced workflows to simplify records identification and retrieval process. Implement HighView DocMiner for public access to HighView records collection. Integrate records request process with document distribution methods.
