Gwen Farley of the OAGs office scheduled a meeting with our outside counsel on a proposed statewide 1,4 dioxane litigation. Please join us if you can to discuss 1,4 dioxane data and sampling, program interests and concerns, personnel and targeted filing date. I know some of you will be off on the day of the meeting. This date and time was the best for the most people. If you cannot make the meeting you can share any thoughts, questions or concerns you have with your colleagues or with me ahead of time. We will have additional meetings with this group or smaller groups as we move forward with the litigation.

Project Justification
1,4-Dioxane is a Contaminant of Emerging Concern. The detection, delineation, and remediation of 1,4-Dioxane is a Department priority.
