Currently there are dozens of entry points, interfaces, form types, shared emails and processes for managing the various sources of funds that can be applied for from DEP or that require DEP review. These are found here: https://www.nj.gov/dep/grantandloanprograms/ This is cumbersome for customers and does not allow DEP to compare or coordinate or track across all applications. There is also no coordinated tracking for the progress of resultant projects or their outcomes, all of which presents a tremendous learning opportunity.
