It is suspected that MFP need/usage has been reduced as a result of the telework policy and paperless workflows established post COVID. It is also suspected that leased MFP is not evaluated during annual renewals. The CIO asked we analyze current usage and determine if MFP's can be removed and lease print quantities adjusted to reflect current needs.

This stemmed form AC Kreipke noticing a one of the two MFP's located on the 7th floor east wing rarely being used. Upon evaluation the low usage was confirmed and it was determined that the business needs could be met by one unit. CIO Tenebruso asked that a 401 campus evaluation be done to identify potential savings.
