In the hiring process there are currently too many individual systems being used. Too many siloed Access Databases and SharePoint in use. HR would benefit greatly from a system that allows the passage of information which triggers the hiring process - this process has various levels of approval which needs to be tracked. This system would also need the ability to push forms through these approval levels

This story is currently fulfilled by HARP. In the near future we will be building an “HR Tracker”, but at this time it is not expected that that project will require involvement from any groups outside of DOIT – so I am closing this.
