SimpliGov - Vision Care Form
Description
Workflow will be built in the SimpliGov platform to be used by the Human Resources department for Vision Care Payment reimbursement to DEP employees covered by the vision care plan.
Problem Statement
Form is an old PDF and workflow needs to be automated.
Project Justification
Save time and makes process more efficient to improve the process of re-imbursement for vision care payments.
