Problem Statement
The Rutgers team proposes to develop and deploy an operational flood early warning system to support the operation and maintenance needs on the Rebuild by Design Hudson River (RBDH) project.
Project Justification
The project is justified as a critical tool to safeguard communities, infrastructure, and transit systems from future flood events by providing real-time forecasting, interagency coordination, and decision-making support for the RBDH project’s O&M phase
