Parks Citizen Engagement - Phase 2: State Parks Campground Reservations
Description
Adoption of multiple services from Tyler Technologies Recreation Dynamics platform for management of various customer engagement. For specifics of this phase - see attached SOW Oct 17, 2025.
Problem Statement
Parks, Forests and Historic Sites has lacked technical platforms and capability for multiple high volume customer engagement areas. Ad-hoc solutions that do exist remain disconnected and not optimal.
Project Justification
A single provider with broad off-the-shelf modules and features brings advantages of minimal build effort, integration/interconnection, customer consistency and economies of scale.
