2) Sit in Copilot Seat, Enter Remote Turret
3) Rotate turret and try to aim at targets below horizontal
4) Turret does not depress below about +5 degrees.

What happened
-------------
On a full 360 rotation, the turret's minimum elevation is about +5 degrees. It's unable to aim at targets that are level with the ship, or below.

What should have happened
-------------------------
The turret should be able to depress about 10-15 degrees, depending on the silhouette of the ship at that point in it's rotation. This would allow aiming at targets that are level with the ship and below, including more distant ground targets when landed.
