Steps to reproduce:

1. Type in the page URL: https://tkb18.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/PRC/boards/2

2. Open “People tab”

3. Choose “Start a team” option

4. Write “Team name” and invite people by tagging them

5. Click on “Start team”

Expected results:

• You got notification that the team is created and pop-up window shut down

Actual results:

• You got notification that the team is created, but pop-up window is there, and the button for starting team shows loading animation
