Show the staging table name and the data model name on the task line when listing the tasks.

- Change the task title on main listing:
- Notify Schema Change Task showing the Staging Table Name.
- Notify Schema Change Task showing the Data Model Name.
- Title suggestion:
- Notify Schema Changes On BigQuery for TABLE_NAME (ENTITY_TYPE)
- TABLE_NAME: name of the staging table or Data Model.
- ENTITY_TYPE: “data model” or “staging table”.
- Example:
- Notify Schema Changes on BigQuery for clockinrecords (staging table)
- Notify Schema Changes on BigQuery for employee (data model)
- Notify Schema Changes On BigQuery for TABLE_NAME (ENTITY_TYPE)

the feature was already implemented but there a bug in the code that added the entity name.
