Expected behavior

• Remove footer from email sent by Carol Notification for all notifications sent by Carol.
• Add the following message:
  • If you have any questions related to this email, please open a ticket to our support team here.
  • Se você tiver dúvidas quanto ao e-mail, por favor, abra um chamado.
