2) encounter and take down a cargo ship which has containers loaded
3) look through those containers

What happened

there is a chance you might encounter a 16 SCU container called <=PLACEHOLDER=>. I am not sure what it is.. can just say it's not copper, tungsten or corundum. I took it home hoping it might have a different title in inventory, but it is all the same there.

What should have happened
-------------------------
the cargo container should have a title which enables anyone who encounters it to tell what's in it
