Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Exit Levski to get to a exterior freight elevator
2) Call an item up (in my case I used the 4 SCU Salvaged Skull container)
3) Detach with a hand tractor, which functions as expected
4) Bring it back to re-attach to the elevator

Could not re-attach the crate
