Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Accept an Ambush mission of Orange threat or higher with a C2, Raft, Cutlass, or Freelancer as the target
2) Soft death all NPC ships
3) Check soft deathed target ship for any Cargo
4) There is no cargo
What happened
-------------
None of the NPC ships have had cargo in them, a gameplay loop that was working in 4.3.2
Either this is a bug, or a part of the economy balance that was mentioned for patch 4.4.
Confirmation is just needed if it is intended and the loot pool was dropped for these ships.
What should have happened
-------------------------
When you kill these ships, they should have cargo on board. All of these ships soft deathed before in 4.3.2 had cargo to some extent.
