What happened

It seems with the 4.5 patch, contracted cargo value is now reduced by 90%. This was not in the patch notes and renders stealing contracted cargo completely pointless.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Contracted cargo is supposed to be reduced by 75% in value when sold, not 90%. This make piracy of contracted cargo pointless.
