Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Take a cargo mission
2) Use primary residence freight elevator. Lower Elevator and move cargo onto it.
3) Raise elevator. Cargo not visible
4) Also the same if I move a container from my inventory. Nothing shows on freight elevator when its raised

Take a cargo mission OR move a personal container onto freight elevator. Raise elevator. Container or cargo not visible

Cargo or container should be visible on cargo grid to interact with ie move to ship
