1) Use Ship Tractor beam to lift 16 SCU Box
2) Move Tractor and Box to end ship from the front of the ship
3) Tractor beam moves faster then box and passes through the box

What happened
-------------
Moving a 16 SCU of Pressured Ice from the front of the ship to the rear with tractor beam. Tractor beam moved faster then the box and passed through the box, losing contact with box. Also moving the tractor beam back to front of the ship the tractor beam passes through the box again.

What should have happened
-------------------------
16 SCU box should have moved as fast as the tractor beam. Box should hit/come in contact with box instead of allowing tractor beam to pass through.

Used MaxLift to move box
