Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Spawn ARGO MOTH
2) try putting cargo on the center grid area
3) notice no cargo can attach to it
What happened
-------------
trying to attach any cargo box size to the center grid does not display the snap outline properly to allow cargo on it. Only one 16scu size box can fit on it and nothing else can.
What should have happened
-------------------------
should always display the cargo box snap highlight on the center cargo gird
