Reproduction Steps

1) Spawn a XL hangar
2) Retrieve a 1-SCU Self storage container from one of the personal inventory kiosks near the elevator
3) Pick up the container with your tractor beam and use the mouse wheel to push the container out towards your ship
What happened
-------------
In a XL hangar on A18, I tried moving a 1-SCU Self storage container from the area near the Elevator to my ship with a tractor beam. Pushing the container away with the mouse wheel makes the container disappear in mid-air about half way to the max range. I tested and confirmed this multiple times.
What should have happened
-------------------------
Containers should not disappear
Workaround
----------
Don't use the mouse wheel to move the container more than a few meters.
