Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Get Mining Ore bags out of elevator (difficult in itself - separate issues raised)
2) Try and put mining bags inside cargo ship (attempted with C2 and Cutlass Black) with tractor beam
3) Encounter invisible barrier where mining bag will not go up ramp and into hold (attempted both ramps of C2)
4) On smaller ship (Cutlass black) the ship itself took damage and exploded
What happened

As above - when attempting to place mining ore bags inside cargo ships the bags would not enter the cargo hold through the rampway and exploded the smaller Cutlass Black.
What should have happened
-------------------------
Be able to place bags inside cargo ships and snap to grids.
