Reproduction Steps
------------------
1) Go to a Distribution Center
2) Use a Multi tool to detach a Steel Container from the wall
3) Move Steel container near an NPC or Player
4) An attachment grid will appear
5) You can attach up to two container to NPC or Player
6) Attach container to Player
7) Player is now permanently Heavy/slowed
What happened
-------------
Bodies have an attachment point for containers on them
the Steel container in the Distribution Center can be attach to players with or without their consent
the container CANNOT be removed once attach
the Player will be in a "heavy" state and force to run slowly
Death does not remove the container or the effect
What should have happened
-------------------------
You should not be able to attach large steel containers to bodies
