1) Spawn a Gatac Syulen
2) Place a 1scu storage container in hanger with ship
3) attach Container to any of the 6 1scu attach points using tractor beam(not sure which slot i used when i encountered bug)
4) Notice the 1scu container vanish the moment the tractor is released.
5) enter ship and go to cockpit, observe 1scu container in floor of cockpit
6) enter flight and retract landing gear, observing from third person view
7) Observe 1scu box move from ship interior to random location on exterior

What happened
-------------
Box snapped to Cargo grid position shifted to the interior of the ship while landing gear is down, and exterior while landing gear is up. Interaction was still possible, multiple boxes not tested.

EDIT: i have now tested differant sized storage SCUs on differant ships, can currently confirm Constellation series suffers this issue with 1/2 scu containers.

What should have happened
-------------------------
Box should have snapped and stayed on cargogrid location as normal behavior is expected of all ships.
