Mine with the ATLS Geo until cargo is full, Empty box into SCU storage, replace box back into GEO, and can not extract additional rocks.

What happened

The boxes for the geo are not saving the empty state

What should have happened
-------------------------
the boxes for the geo should be considered empty when emptied
