02 - PROBLEM (WHAT'S THE ISSUE?):

The dropdown box to choose tenants to process the pipeline is not showing the tenants to select. This was validated in several unified tenants.

it looks like BE is not returning any tenants from the list

The app has been installed from the customer side

• Create a Unified Tenant
• Create a Customer tenant
• Create a Carol app
• Attach the app with the unified tenant
• Add a GitHub repo on the Carol app
• Release and approve the app
• Install the app on the unified/customer tenant

Try to process a pipeline using the unified below and use the Filter Tenants feature:
