Description
This is the project for developing internal scanning process workflows and scanning prioritization with the program areas
Analyze, prioritize and prepare paper and film records for digital imaging and ingestion into HighView. Develop in-house processes and procedures for internal scanning and digital workflows to negate the need for paper documents to go to warehouse storage. Implement HighView workflows and utilize HighView batch scanning functionality to facilitate digitization of received paper upon receipt so that the digital copies can be utilized throughout the normal business process workflow and the paper can be shipped to long term storage or destroyed
Project Justification
Better processes will facilitate increased economic development and Brownfields development goals
