Last meeting with Artie Zanfini and Green Acres made clear that diversions should follow the original set-asides going into NJEMS. CIER is curently considering the priority of moving the bulk of Green Acres into NJEMS.

Mike Gage seeking Problem worksheet and IT project sheet and will set a meeting with the team to finalize that.
