Customer asked to remove the Approval Path panel from JSM until work is triggered.

Conditional show or hide of the panel itself isn't feasible, but the panel content can be minimized to the same effect.
The panel should show no items until a definition is activated (automation only, no manual start UI).
While an approval is active, show only that approval and hide the definitions list and the activity tab.
Once the approval reaches a resolution (approved, rejected, etc.), remove it from the panel view as well.

Net behavior: panel is empty, then shows one active and unresolved approval while in progress, then empty again on resolution.
