Problem

In team-managed spaces, the workflow rule Approval Path actions (Start approval / Archive all approvals / Delete all approvals) is not offered when editing a transition. Only Approval Path - Block transition until approval (condition) and Approval Path Validator are available.

In company-managed spaces all three rules are available.

Impact

Customers on team-managed spaces cannot start or clean up approvals automatically from a workflow transition. They have to start every approval manually, which breaks the automated approval flow that the app documents.

Expected

"Approval Path actions" is offered in the transition rule list in both company-managed and team-managed spaces, and works the same way in both.

Notes

Team-managed support was added for the condition and the validator in AP-2358; the post-function module was missed, so it stayed limited to company-managed only.

Documentation page "Workflow X Approval Path" also needs a matching note: the "Restrict transitions" section states team-managed support, the "Perform actions" section says nothing.

"Evaluate as" options work the same as in company-managed
