Custom board share - Improve the footer to remain visible when scrolling through additional columns

Description

When a user adds more columns, they need to use the scrollbar to access the footer. The suggestion is to make the footer fixed so that when the user scrolls, the footer remains visible.

@Krzysztof Bogdan This footer is not related to the custom board settings anymore. It’s at the bottom of configuration block.
