Possibility to limit filter values in JQL/Filter search
Description
This is continuation of
ESFJ-1441: Filter column config - improvementsReleased
With
ESFJ-1441: Filter column config - improvementsReleased
and all values are exposed. For example all issue types/labels/priorities are exposed.
We should allow possibility to limit available search values for a field.
