@Parsa Shiva

I would leave this task. Still research have to be made to check if/how we can integrate with project roles.

Parsa Shiva 19 January 2024, 10:06

@Krzysztof Bogdan In that case, should I create a feature request for this instead or withdraw this task and leave it at that?

Krzysztof Bogdan 18 January 2024, 15:07

@Parsa Shiva Interesting. I have few ideas but I would wait if clients request that.

Parsa Shiva 17 January 2024, 10:51

@Krzysztof Bogdan So, please have a look at my comment https://warsaw-dynamics.atlassian.net/browse/ESFJ-684?focusedCommentId=20512. Should we create a task to implement this?

@Krzysztof Bogdan @Kamil Zarychta

There's a feature similar to permission schemes in team management apps, called "Access." It allows assigning roles such as Admins, Members, and Viewers, with customizable access for each group's actions and views. You can also create custom roles with different names.

In general, access to the project is managed at three levels: Private, Limited, and Open, dictating who can access the project.

If they have an API, I can show you how it works. It might be a good feature to consider for our roadmap.
