Enable checkboxes for admins to show the definition description as a tooltip in approvals (work item/page, project, global, external dashboard) and include it in call-to-action emails without altering the default behavior.

Accepted criteria

• Add a checkbox to display the definition description as a tooltip in approvals.

• Add a checkbox to include the definition description in call-to-action emails.

• Default settings should remain unchanged unless checkboxes are enabled.

• Both checkboxes should be configurable by admins.
