When notification mechanism is set to Direct mail and there is an active delegation with 2 or more delegatees, only one of the delegatees receive the notification as direct mail. Rest of the delegatees receive “Jira notification” type of notification.

Observations:

• When notification mechanism is set to Jira notification, all of the delegatees receive the notification with this mechanism as expected.
