Approval notifications include Agent view links despite "Customer Portal link only" setting

Description

If in Global view → Settings → JSM → ‘Choose which link(s) to include in approval notifications for JSM spaces’ option is set to "Customer Portal link only", certain links continue to point to Agent view:

  • Link to space/ticket

  • “Check all your pending approvals.”

We should change/remove these, since these emails can be received by Jira users who do not have Agent View access or by external Customers.

This issue affects both Jira Notification and Direct Email notification mechanism, although in the case of Jira Notification we are hampered by the limitations of the Atlassian notification system.
