If user clicks on the ‘Manage approvals’ button in APFJ ticket view for a Jira Business project, they will be taken to the Space View where Error 404 will be displayed. This is caused by the fact Jira Business projects use /jira/core/projects/ in their Space View URL

This issue does not occur for Jira Software projects which use /jira/software/projects/ in their URL
