Show a settings summary in collapsed sections of the definition form
Description
Problem
In the approval definition form (definition settings and step forms), some options sit in collapsible sections. A collapsed section does not tell what is set inside it. Some sections are on by default (e.g. "Webhook notifications", "Watcher notifications", "Availability") and others are off by default (e.g. "Add comment on action", "Automatic reminders", "Field updates"), so an admin cannot tell how the definition behaves without opening every section. In global settings this is already solved by a summary in the header of a collapsed section.
Change
-
Every collapsible section in the definition settings and in the step forms shows a short summary in its header while collapsed.
-
The summary follows the same rule as in global settings: a single option shows
On/Off; several options show the list of enabled ones, e.g.Approval, Rejection: On, andOffwhen none is enabled. -
The summary lists only the enabled options, not all of them.
-
Sections that hold a value show the value instead of
On, e.g. the deadline type and period, the reminder interval, the selected Slack workspace, the number of excluded users and groups. -
The summary reflects the current state of the form, including changes the admin has not saved yet.
Acceptance criteria
-
Every collapsible section in the definition settings and in the step forms shows a summary while collapsed and hides it when expanded.
-
A section with a single option shows
OnorOff, also when the option is on by default (e.g. "Webhook notifications" on a new definition showsOn). -
A section with several options lists only the enabled ones and shows
Offwhen none is enabled. -
After changing an option and collapsing the section, the summary shows the new state before the definition is saved.
-
In the read-only view, the summaries show the saved settings of the definition.
-
A long summary is truncated in the header and does not break the layout, also in the step dialog.
-
Sections still expand and collapse the same way as today.
