Add Channel value to 'Started' action type

AP-2450: Submit an approval decision through the Web APIReleased

, a new Channel column was added to approval decision records. However, the action ‘Started’ does not have any value of the Channel.

Approval can be started manually (channel: “Panel”), via Automation/Workflows, with Web API, or triggered by page update (Confluence).
