Add EMAIL scope application, allows sending emails to users.

Add new ‘User settings’ page with option to set user PIN (4 digits), input type password, additional input with confirmation.

When PIN is empty user can set it.

When PIN is set option to reset PIN, we will send email to user with link to set new PIN.

On definition step user could add PIN requirement.

When user PIN is required on approval step, additional input (PIN) will be visible next to Approve/Reject buttons.
