Steps to Reproduce

1. Apply filters on Usage or History tab

2. Switch to the other tab

3. Filters are cleared

Actual Result

Filters are reset each time the tab is changed.
This forces users to reapply filters each time they view the other tab.

Expected Result

Applied filters should persist when changing tabs, filters should remain applied when switching history/usage tabs.
