• In Global Settings under Email tab add Templates tab

• Email messages content templates for all types of notification, allow to customize:

  • checkbox to activate

  • from: ${senderName} <${senderEmail}>

  • subject

  • text message

  • html message
    from, subject, text, html should have option to revert to default value

Email html template and email messages content templates may contain:

• Oliv lang expressions interpolation

  • issue/page fields

  • approval fields

  • ${senderEmail}

  • ${approvalOriginator}

  • ${appName}

  • ${approvalLink}

  • ${delegatorName} - if available

  • ${action} - if available

Email messages content templates may additionally contain loops and functions.

For testing:

All notification types should be tested for Jira and Confluence and all their notification mechanisms.
