Add the activity tab for non admin users that displays only the actions performed by the current user.

Accepted criteria

• Activity tab is visible to non admin users.

• Tab displays only actions performed by the current user.

• UI is consistent with existing admin activity tab.

• Data must be scoped securely to prevent exposure of other users' actions.
